Notion vs ClickUp
Both promise to be the single workspace. One starts from documents, the other from tasks, and that origin shows in everything.
Notion
4.5Notion replaces the wiki, the doc tool and half the trackers a small company accumulates, using one block-based editor and relational databases.
ClickUp
4.2ClickUp packs tasks, docs, goals, dashboards and time tracking into a single highly configurable workspace at an aggressive price.

Our verdict
Pick Notion if your team writes: specs, wikis, meeting notes and lightweight trackers. Pick ClickUp if you manage delivery: dependencies, workloads, sprint reporting and cross-team dashboards. Forcing either into the other role works for about six months and then hurts.
