A Repeatable Workflow for AI-Assisted Video

Turn one long recording into a month of short-form content without hiring an editor.

The source material

Webinars, podcasts and long YouTube uploads are the cheapest raw material you own. One 45-minute recording usually contains six to ten standalone moments.

Step 1 — extract highlights

Run the recording through a highlight tool and keep clips that make sense with no preceding context. If a clip needs setup, it will not perform.

Step 2 — caption and reformat

Burned-in captions are non-negotiable for feed video. Reformat to vertical and check that faces and text stay inside safe areas.

Step 3 — write the hook separately

The first three seconds decide everything. Write the hook as a standalone sentence, then record or generate it rather than relying on the original opening.

Step 4 — batch and schedule

Produce a month at once. The workflow only saves time if you avoid re-entering the tool every day.
